Once your order is completed, an Order Confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided during registration. If you have received this email, it means your order was successfully placed. If not, please contact us. Before reaching out, kindly check your spam or junk mail folder.

Currently, it is not possible to pick up your online order from a store.

Unfortunately, we do not have the option to ship your order to multiple addresses. However, if you wish to do so, the best thing to do is to split your order into as many orders as there are destinations you would like it to be shipped to.

Fresh Line's formulas are distinguished by exceptionally high levels of natural ingredients content and are based on plant extracts, precious essential oils, organic vegetable oils and natural butters, antioxidants, vitamins, amino acids and clinically proven active ingredients. Equally important is what they do not contain: Fresh Line's products do not contain parabens, synthetic foaming agents, silicones, mineral oils, phthalates, GMOs, animal-derived or animal-tested ingredients, collagen, imidazolidinyl urea, isothiazolinones, triethanolamine, carbomer, butylene glycol or isopropyl alcohol.
In this way, every Fresh Line product combines efficacy, safety, and respect for nature.

Fresh Line is a Greek company that fully complies with all European Union regulations regarding cosmetics.
Animal testing has been banned in the EU since 2004 for cosmetic products and since 2009 for their individual ingredients. Since March 2009, the placing on the EU market of cosmetics containing ingredients that have been tested on animals has also been banned.
Beyond the law, Fresh Line is ethically committed to not using raw materials that have been tested on animals. For each ingredient we use, we hold cruelty-free certificates, which accompany each product's documentation.
All our products are cruelty free, with respect for nature and animals.

During pregnancy, hormonal levels change and the skin may experience different reactions to certain ingredients.
For your own safety, we recommend that you always consult your doctor before using any cosmetic product during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

All Fresh Line products undergo patch tests to minimize the possibility of allergy or irritation. Serious allergic reactions to cosmetics are rare, however, it is possible for a person to experience a mild sensitivity to an ingredient. If you know you have an allergy to specific ingredients, read the ingredient list carefully before use.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately, rinse the area with water and allow the skin to calm down. If symptoms persist, consult a dermatologist before reusing any cosmetic product.

The majority of Fresh Line products are suitable for vegans, as they do not contain any animal-derived ingredients. You can find the relevant indication on each product page, where it is clearly stated whether the product is Vegan.
