Payment methods
Our company allows you to pay for your order in any of the following ways:
A. Payment via Viva :
- By Credit or Debit or Prepaid Card
Our company accepts Visa and MasterCard debit, prepaid and credit cards. The process is carried out and completed through a banking institution with which we cooperate and which provides all the necessary security guarantees for electronic transactions. If you choose to pay for your order via credit, debit or prepaid card, you will be transferred to the website of the cooperating bank, where you must follow the procedure indicated to you.
H Our company does not store your credit, debit or prepaid card details.
- With KLARNA (up to 3 interest-free installments without a card, for purchases over €35)
In order to offer you Klarna payment methods, we may transmit personal data such as contact and transaction data to Klarna during checkout, in order for Klarna to assess whether you meet the requirements for its payment methods and to provide you with specialized payment methods. Your personal data is processed based on Klarna's privacy policy.

B. Payment via PAYPAL
By choosing to pay via PayPal, you ensure a fast and secure payment that is made under the strict terms and conditions set by PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account, you will be asked to log in to complete your order (to log in to PayPal, use the information you provided when creating your account on the PayPal website. Fresh Line does not know about them and does not have access to them).
If you decide to pay for your order via PayPal, please note that the address you use for delivery is automatically updated from the one set as default in your PayPal account.
When you complete your order and choose to pay via PayPal, you will be asked to log in to your PayPal account. You will need to change the delivery address, as shown below, if you wish to have your order delivered to an alternative address.
C. Cash on delivery
You can pay the cost of your order and other agreed fees and charges via cash on delivery, i.e. by paying the amount due to our company's authorized distributor upon delivery of the products to the place of delivery. According to the applicable tax provisions, cash on delivery is only possible for amounts up to €500.
If you choose to pay for your order by cash on delivery, you will be charged the cost of using this service, which amounts to €2.00 for deliveries in Greece.
The cash on delivery option is not available if you choose to have your order delivered to an address other than the payment address.
